To use the calculator below, click on the drop down menu and select a category. From the list of available products, click the sucralose-sweetened items you would like to add to your list. Then, click “Update My List.” You can adjust the number of servings at the bottom in the “Servings Per Week” box.
To remove an item from your list, simply click the “Remove link” next to the item. To add additional products from a different category to your list, click the “Select New" button at the top. You can even print your calorie savings list and post it on your refrigerator as a reminder!
The number of calories you save by choosing a sucralose-sweetened product in place of its full calorie counterpart appears in the "Total Calorie Savings Per Week" box at the bottom of your screen. In addition, you can also see total weight loss per year through choosing sucralose products.
You will find that making small changes and using low-calorie and sugar-free foods and beverages sweetened with sucralose can really make a big difference and have a huge impact on your calorie savings — especially if you look at the savings over the course of the year.
Although your waistline will certainly notice the difference — your taste buds won't! Keep in mind this list is not comprehensive. There are currently thousands of products on the market sweetened with sucralose.
